I just had to write and say what a great ebook! It's given me the big kick in the backside I needed to get going. I found the chapter on why you overeat especially useful as I now realise that one of my biggest probalems is using food for comfort when I'm feeling low.
Already since putting your advice into action I'm eating and feeling much better and have a lot more energy. I have joined a local zumba class and for the first time ever am actually enjoying exercise! Thanks for giving me the motivation to DO something about my weight problem after all these years!
